Regarding: Logitech G*** Red Orion keyboard S*N: ****MR*FC*** ** **Case number: ********** **My keyboard has been 'bricked' due to an attempted firmware update. Consequently, the keyboard is totally unresponsive with the exception of the Logitech logo flashing continuously on the keyboard.** **I would like to ask for assistance in order to 'unbrick' my keyboard. I have tried the Logitech G*** 'unbrick' tool and have had no success with that at all. I therefore request specific instructions or a remote support session via TeamViewer in order to unbrick the keyboard.** **Trying to get through to a human has been extremely slow and almost impossible (especially without any live chat) but when finally having my case looked at by a Logitech rep, she gave me the wrong instructions to unbrick a wireless mouse with it's '"receiver"' - my issue regards the G*** Orion Red Gaming Keyboard....** **I would be so grateful if someone were to provide me with assistance on this matter. All I need is to 'unbrick' this keyboard but nobody seems to understand that.** **I also found a G*** unbrick*rescue tool by Logitech (https:**yadi.sk*d*c**krrJG*Mdc*n) which I ran as administrator and that did absolutely nothing. I tried the keyboard on another PC and the same problem persists, flashing Logo, and totally unresponsive to key presses therefore I conclude my keyboard needs unbricking.
