Voucher code: A*DA**-*JQX*V*Order number: ********. * I purchased an offer on an apartment in Manchester for * night - the deal stated £** for a one night stay with a bottle of Prosecco I went on the calendar selected the **th January until the **th the dates had different amounts in the box , but the **th-**th had £** in it! It’s for my daughter and her friend for her **th present! I paid a little extra for the admin charge which was I was made aware of, which was fine! When redeemed the small print didn’t give me the address of the place so I had to look it up BUT more importantly it told me that there was an extra £** charge for the apartment because of the date, as well as this a £*** deposit! I rang the hotel*apartment direct to be told that if I’d booked direct The actual cost from them would be £** which includes the extra £**! I would like to have a credit back for this purchase! I’m so so upset and feel I’ve been duped into believing that I was receiving a fabulous deal! I need to sort it ASAP as my daughter is still waiting for her present! What started as £** has turned into £** (admin fees) then £*** because of the hidden charge for a Friday night , to £*** (*** obviously refundable) but I haven’t got that type of money!!! Please please credit me so that I can organise something else for her! Thankyou Nattallie Brown
