On June 8, we visited Orchard Hotel on Gervaise Road in Bournemouth and spent £34 plus £1. We faced difficulty redeeming our voucher and reported the issue. However, on May 23, you mistakenly charged my bank account £35 twice. I do not want this amount credited to my Living Social account but returned to my bank account. Please resolve this promptly. It's inconvenient to have to deal with redemption errors, especially when they are due to your mistake.

I had scheduled a prenatal massage appointment, but unfortunately, the owner had to cancel due to an emergency. He suggested I reschedule, but his availability no longer includes Mondays, my only day off. Also, he is unavailable in the evenings when I am free. His schedule was more flexible when I bought the deal. I'm unable to book before my due date at this rate.

I am seeking a full refund of my $89 voucher cost for order #[redacted]. I had scheduled a gutter cleaning appointment with Carpet Boss Restoration for 7/10/19 between 12pm and 5pm. They arrived at my home after 9pm when it was dark outside and attempted to clean the gutters without using a blower or water. This was unlike the service I have received from other companies in the past. The technician was unprofessional and argumentative when we raised our concerns. The next day, it rained and the gutters were still clogged. We have taken steps with our credit card company to stop the payment of $[redacted] made to CBR. I purchased a 10-seater rattan garden furniture set in Brown with a cover from Living Social. My order number is [redacted]7, and the voucher number is 9YF9U3-HY3DUN. I placed the order on 10/05/[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have only received the table; the rest of the set is missing after three months. I paid £[redacted] into Living Social's bank account. They are now claiming it's not their responsibility and blaming the merchant for not delivering. Living Social insists they sell vouchers, not products. However, I paid £[redacted], and I expect a full refund. This lack of customer service is disappointing.

I purchased a WiFi doorbell from Living Social, but unfortunately, it was faulty. I have been trying to contact them through email and chats, as well as by phone, but have not received any response. I simply want a refund or a replacement as per my entitlement.

Hello, I am Claudia Lopez. Today, while trying to make a transaction for a deal at Sky Zone Gaithersburg in Maryland, I encountered an error message regarding my credit card. Despite canceling the transaction and deciding to pay at the location, I was surprised to find two email confirmations for transactions at the same place I initially tried to purchase the deal from. We found a seemingly great deal on your site, which was within our budget and made me excited. However, I hesitated due to concerns about the deal's validity. After researching and gathering opinions, I felt reassured and decided to purchase two vouchers for a trip on my birthday, September 12th. To my dismay, after redeeming the vouchers, I was informed that the flights for that date were sold out. I was offered alternatives at a higher cost, which I couldn't afford. I stayed at Waterford Castle hotel on the 25th of July, [redacted] with a voucher for an overnight stay with dinner. Upon arrival, we were given the Kildare suite, which had a strong soot smell. Despite requesting a different room due to red stains on the carpet, we were not accommodated. Upon returning from dinner, strong cleaning fumes filled the room. The dinner menu was limited and the food was disappointing. Breakfast was also a letdown with a long wait and subpar quality. Despite addressing our concerns with Bernadette Walsh, no satisfactory resolution was provided. We are seeking a refund of €[redacted] for the unsatisfactory experience.

On June 17th, I purchased a 90-minute massage from Vegas Valley Massage. Initially, I contacted them via text as advised, but after multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, I faced continual unresponsiveness and rescheduling. The communication was erratic, and despite confirming a time for my massage, the therapist didn't show up on the agreed date. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel let down after waiting for three months to no avail. The lack of professionalism and reliability was frustrating, and it reflects poorly on both Vegas Valley Massage and the platforms like Groupon and Living Social through which the service was booked. I have decided to seek a refund and take my business elsewhere.

I received an order on October 1 that I did not place, and it was charged to an old payment method. I was alerted to this unauthorized order by an email from Groupon, warning about a future payment attempt. I promptly removed all payment methods from my account. I had a trade-in deal for $19.99 for a pair of sweatpants that didn't go through. I then tried to purchase socks for $14.99, which also didn't go through. However, on October 3rd, I noticed charges on my card for both items. I would like a refund as I did not intend to purchase these items but rather use my trade-in credit. I'm unsure why my card was charged for items that didn't go through, and I'm frustrated that my money was taken without my consent. I simply want my money refunded to my card in full. I don't want store credit, I want a refund for the unauthorized charges.

I purchased a voucher for a 2-course meal at Cafe Rouge in Sheffield. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any available tables for 2 people to use the voucher within the specified timeframe. I have reached out to the booking app, and they have informed me that there are no openings and suggested I try a different location. However, that is not feasible for me, so I am kindly requesting a full refund to be credited back to my PayPal account.

I recently received a £5 credit which I tried to use to purchase a double charcoal fitted sheet. However, I couldn't find a way to apply or deduct the credit during the purchase process. I followed suggestions that mentioned a wallet icon on the left side, but it was not present. I attempted to reach out via live chat but encountered login issues. Trying two different email addresses resulted in both emails being returned undelivered. As someone who is bi-laterally profoundly deaf, using a phone is not an option for me. Unfortunately, it seems the credit will expire before I am able to use it.

I purchased two massages totaling $95 using redemption code [redacted]8. Despite having a photo of the voucher, I did not have a physical copy. When contacting the manager to resolve this, I was informed that without the physical voucher, they would not honor it. Even when offering to print the vouchers and reschedule, the manager refused and was extremely rude, instructing me not to return and abruptly ending the call. I bought a voucher for an oil change from Jiffy Lube in Wilson, NC for $56.99. Normally, when I use vouchers, I've never had to pay taxes. Today, when I used my voucher, they charged me $3.85 for sales tax, which has never happened before. I contacted customer service, but didn't get anywhere. The representative didn't understand that I had already used the voucher and kept offering to cancel or use a different voucher. I requested to speak with a supervisor, who was busy and supposed to call me back but I got disconnected. I believe I should be refunded the $3.85 as I wasn't informed about this additional charge before purchasing or redeeming the voucher.
