I purchased two vouchers from Living Social to have my air ducts cleaned. The technician was supposed to be at the house between * am -** pm today. I called the vendor because originally they did not want to honor both of my vouchers when i scheduled the appointment and said i could only use one coupon per home. I read the fine print on the voucher and it says i can use * vouchers per visit. So i called the vendor just to make sure they were going to honor the deal. When i called the lady said i was not on their schedule for today and that my appointment was for Tues., July *th. I told her that, “no, my appointment is for today from *am to ** noon.” I intentionally scheduled for today because i had the day off from work and i am leaving on Sunday for an out of town conference. I asked the lady to honor their commitment and she refused and said i could reschedule to another day. I told her no, i need to get this done today. Can your technician come sometime later today or on Saturday because i work Monday - Friday. She said no because she does not have a technician in this area today and she said the employees are Jewish and they don’t work on Saturdays. **I said okay, can they come later today and i can return to the house. I drove ** minutes (on my day off and got up early to do so). Once again she refused. **Since i am absolutely certain that i did not schedule this appointment for Tues., July *th and i do not like the patronizing manner of their representative when she told me it should not be such a big deal for you to find another * hours out of your schedule, i do not want these people in my home. Please refund my two vouchers to my credit card or give me credit on my LivingSocial account.
