I recently received my package containing a sheet set, but I'm disappointed with the packaging. It arrived in a thin plastic envelope that was torn and damaged. I believe using a protective box would have been a better choice to avoid this issue. Additionally, the outer cloth of the sheet set is soiled, which is concerning. I usually haven't had any problems with your shipping, but if this is how future shipments will be handled, I may reconsider ordering again. It's important to ensure that packages are well-protected during transit to maintain customer satisfaction. Hello, my name is Marco. I made an order on December 1st. Six days later, I received an email informing me that the order couldn't be fulfilled due to low stock. They provided a refund and a $15 credit for a future purchase. Unfortunately, this situation is very inconvenient as I intended the items as a holiday gift, and time is of the essence. I tried to call Living Social, but the long-distance number is not ideal for me as I reside in Ontario. I feel I have already spent too much time on this issue and believe a higher credit is warranted, considering the value of my time. There should be better communication between Living Social and their vendors to prevent such inconveniences from occurring.

Hello, I attempted to make a purchase on December 15, [redacted], but encountered an error message during checkout regarding an API request. After inputting my credit card information and clicking "Buy," I received an error message with code [redacted]. Despite this, the page remained on the credit card processing stage without a confirmation message. Without realizing the purchase went through, I clicked "Buy" again, resulting in the same error message. Upon checking my email, I discovered I had unintentionally purchased the deal three times within a minute. I want to cancel the extra two vouchers as I only intended to buy one. It appears there was a technical glitch allowing multiple purchases unintentionally. Thank you, Paweena

I attempted to buy one voucher for Blooms Today through Living Social but encountered some issues with the website. Despite eventually completing the order, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I realized I was charged for four vouchers instead of one. Even though I reached out to Living Social, I was informed that refunds are only allowed within the first 3 days post-purchase. Although I managed to use one voucher successfully, I later tried to redeem a second one for a gift only to discover it was already marked as used. Worried about possible additional charges, I refrained from trying more vouchers. I believe Living Social should implement a confirmation step displaying the number of vouchers being purchased before finalizing the transaction to avoid such errors in the future. I have not received my item and have been getting the runaround since 12/12/18. Here is an example of a representative who was not able to assist me. I have been waiting for my product since December 12th but it still has not arrived at my house. Johnny asked me to be patient for one more day and it is still not here. I tried reaching out to him with no response. I am very disappointed with this purchase as neither party seems willing to help. Despite contacting FedEx, looking around my house, and asking my neighbors, the item is still missing. This issue needs to be resolved promptly.

I used my bank card to book a voucher on what I believed was my LivingSocial account. After speaking with customer care (Case number [redacted]7), they informed me that the booking was not made on my account. They refuse to disclose whose account it was booked on, and they have not addressed my refund request. I only seek a refund to the bank account used for the voucher purchase. Despite providing purchase details, the customer care team is uncooperative. I urgently need this refund as the money was intended for a Christmas gift, which the voucher was meant for. I am trying to return a product that the fine print says is eligible for return. I chatted online with Shibu S about my situation. Shibu S assured me that they would reach out to the merchant and get back to me within three business days. This was on December 19th, and I haven't heard anything from Shibu S or anyone else since. I need to verify details regarding a Westin resort Cancun, Mexico promotion I received via email. The promotion offered $99.00 per night, prompting me to select dates and room category. However, the website does not display the Total Amount, including taxes and fees, or allow me to choose my preferred credit card on file prior to booking. I proceeded to book in order to check the Total Amount but was shocked to receive a bank alert for $[redacted].75, which I did not authorize. I demand an immediate reversal of this transaction and a credit back to my card. This unethical approach by Living Social is misleading and resembles a scam.

Hello, this is Yun Y. I have reached out to LivingSocial several times via email but have not received a response from the customer service center regarding my issue. On November 24, [redacted], I purchased two Massage Cure by Darlene vouchers. Despite trying multiple times to make a reservation online for a date prior to March 3, [redacted], I have been unsuccessful. Since the expiration date of my vouchers is March 24, [redacted], it seems unlikely I will be able to use them. I had initially made an appointment in December, but since the booking date was pushed to March, I am now facing a wait of three months. This timeline does not align with the three-month expiration period set by LivingSocial. Given the difficulties in booking a reservation, it seems unfair that I should be penalized with an expired voucher, which is not my fault. As English is not my first language, I appreciate your understanding of any language barriers. I am hoping for a suitable resolution to this matter.

I purchased blue zebra print car seat covers, but once more, I received girly pink ones almost a month later. This is the second time this issue has happened. After receiving a refund for the initial incorrect order, I placed the same order again, specifying blue, yet was sent pink once more. It is frustrating that the same mistake occurred twice. This time, I am extremely upset as the delivery took nearly a month only to receive the wrong color again. I will not attempt a third order. I kindly request a refund and will need to search for car seat covers elsewhere.

I purchased a voucher for Qualtry through Living Social (order #[redacted]) on December 2, [redacted], and as of January 11, [redacted], it has not arrived. Despite contacting Quality, they have informed me that my order is still in process. After researching reviews for Qualtry, I found many negative comments from customers who never received their packages or experienced extreme delays. This situation is disappointing. Despite the possibility of locations like New York, Bali, and Dubai in the advertisement, I was limited to less desirable options based on what I paid. - The rooms provided were of lower quality than promised, with discrepancies between the photos and the actual conditions. The bedding had stains, and the overall room quality was subpar. - An upgrade was offered, promising better flights and accommodations, including a central location. Upon arrival, I found the hotel was far from the city center, causing inconvenience. I traveled on the 15th-18th of January with my daughter and another single parent with their child. The disappointing accommodations and location caused significant stress during our stay. I am requesting a refund or suitable compensation under the Sale of Goods Act due to the service's failure to meet expectations. On December 29th, [redacted], I bought a voucher for six laser hair removal sessions. I contacted the clinic to arrange the free consultation but could only schedule it for February 1st, [redacted], due to their availability. During my visit, the service felt rushed, with a 15-minute wait in a shabby room with missing ceiling tiles and a bad odor. The consultation felt impersonal, and when Dr. Glaser arrived, her behavior was concerning, making me doubt her professionalism. The overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable, like I had stepped into another world. I no longer wish to proceed with any treatments at that clinic and would appreciate a refund for the voucher.

Additionally, during the same call, a £7.99 credit was promised as a goodwill gesture due to the non-delivery of sterling silver knot earrings from Gemley’s Ltd. Despite following instructions to contact the company, the goods were not received as the company seemed to have ceased operations. I recently sent my husband to a foot spa as a gift, and he had a terrible experience. The man who greeted him was extremely rude, didn't make eye contact, and said they were too busy for him to use his three 1-hour session vouchers. When my husband mentioned trying to call but no one answered, he was bluntly told they had received many calls and no one was getting in. Although the Living Social deal seemed appealing, the disrespectful treatment ruined the entire experience. I am now seeking a refund since my husband refuses to return, and I no longer wish to visit the spa myself. This incident has left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed. We are new to the area, and this was supposed to be a pleasant way to discover new places, but it was anything but. I hope to hear back promptly as I am quite upset and foresee more complaints about this establishment coming your way.

I bought tickets for $[redacted].00 on February 20, [redacted], for an Il Divo concert in Calgary on March 08, [redacted], after receiving an email from your company. Despite the promise of receiving a G Pass within an hour of the purchase, I have not received any tickets as of 4:00 pm today. I have contacted Living Social multiple times, speaking with five agents on six calls with no resolution. I was referred to Live Nation/Ticketmaster, who have no record of my order, and then back to your company. Despite an agent, Richard, saying the office would be open until 9:00 pm today, it was already closed at 4:45 pm. This situation has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. Being told that the refund window has passed is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I am requesting a full refund credited back to my credit card. Thank you.

I contacted customer service seeking help with the accurate address of the service purchased. Unfortunately, I was only offered the option to exchange the foot massage for an alternative service. All I needed was the correct location listed on the certificate. Despite visiting the Georgetown address provided, there was no business there. My appointment on 2/28/19 was disrupted. The address for the Georgetown location seemed either incomplete or incorrect as I couldn't locate the foot massage place. I called in advance, changed my appointment to the Queen Anne location for March 7th, but upon arrival, there was no business at the specified address. This experience has left me disappointed as my Living Social app incorrectly shows the voucher as used, which I have not utilized. I am dissatisfied with the merchant and hesitant to purchase from Living Social again. The situation has tempted me to share my negative experience on various social media platforms.

I received a notification about a service on my voucher page that I don't recall purchasing. The voucher indicates it was paid for by PayPal, yet I found no record of payment in my PayPal account. The voucher is for Medical Cosmetic Enhancements and expires around mid-June. I highly doubt someone would have ordered this for me. I kindly ask for assistance in looking into this matter. Hello, I recently purchased a Living Social voucher, not realizing it was non-refundable. I feel unsatisfied with my purchase and kindly request Living Social to honor its Good Deal Guarantee. I am disappointed with the product received considering the amount spent. When I reached out to Hookah Town's chat, I was informed that I received the correct item. However, upon inquiring about a return, I was informed there are no refunds, though I could return the item at my expense with an undisclosed restocking fee. Estimating shipping costs around $5 along with the restocking fee would equate to almost half of the total paid. This appears unreasonable to me. While I acknowledge not thoroughly reading the fine print, I remain dissatisfied with the product and seek a full refund along with a prepaid shipping label for resolution.
