My relatives from Prague purchased tickets for city pass on living social for our entire family. I totally she put in a credit card and we received a notice that said “invalid” she was not able to add the state she lives in Prague to the web application so we thought the transaction didn’t go through. So we say an option to use paypal. She immediately entered her info and purchased the same tickets and it worked through paypal. However to our suprise she was charged twice! Once for the first attempt (and then through papal. We do not need * child tickets! We tried contacting living social through chat and they said these were not refundable. Can you please help. She is out $**** for the extra three child city pass tickets she did not think she purchased.
