On July * **** I tried to book a trail ride in Hawaii. Your website failed to process the transaction for TWO days. I asked the credit card to cancel transaction, but it was not in their system at that time b*c it took * days to transact. Seeing that my transaction "failed", my daughter made the purchase on her credit card and I sent her the cost via Zelle. My credit card will not credit my account. I want the credit because your website did not process the charge until AFTER we took the trail ride. I have been working on this since July with my credit card. Apparently you guys think this is a fair charge. I say no, your site took so long to process it, I thought the charge failed, paid a different way (lost the special that expired at midnight that day) and then you charged my card so long afterward that it appears that it isnt even connected. I have airline tickets to show I was enroute back to California the day you charged me. Now Im talking to you. You close about ** minutes after I get home from work every day, so I will begin this way.*Do you even have evidence of what the tickets were for that you think I paid for? no receipt was ever generated to me. I can provide more info. Original charge was on July *, trail ride July **, ** am. My daughter Katie Lackey charged tickets July * in the morning same trail ride, ** am According to my credit statement I was charged on July **. So, can you see what I ordered? I ordered trail ride tickets for Hilokalani (or something like that) july **, ** am. Katie Lackey also ordered the same thing, same ride, same time and date, because my transaction failed. I have tons of photos of the * of us on that trail ride if necessary. (me, my daughter her husband). You should not have processed the charge * days later after the even took place. I never got a receipt, first I knew you charged me was my credit card statement in August. Please process a credit to my card.*Lorri Peterson
