To whom it may concern, I placed an order ([redacted]) on October 2nd, [redacted], with an expected delivery time of up to fourteen days. I reached out on October 14th and 20th regarding my order. Despite assurances of a return call, I have not heard back. This lack of follow-up is disappointing as I was told not to expect delays. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. This is not the first time I have faced this issue, having experienced similar problems with four previous orders. After seeking advice from the Citizen's Advice Bureau, I am emailing as a final attempt to address this matter before escalating further. I seek urgent clarification on the status of my order and an explanation for the ongoing delays and lack of support I have encountered from your company. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, J. P.

I purchased 2 pairs of monogram earrings, but the discount was not applied, and the total came to $[redacted] instead of $69.98 as expected for the 7/8 inch size in sterling silver. I ended up canceling the order due to concerns about duplicate charges on my debit card. I now have credits of $34.99 each. I still want the earrings, one set with the initials PQE and the other MDJ, both in sterling silver and 7/8 inch size. Can someone assist me in reordering since I had trouble on the website? I am willing to use my credits ($79.98) and pay any remaining fees once approved.

I purchased a £79 Living Social deal last year for a spa day with a treatment and a glass of prosecco for two at the Ageas Bowl Hilton in Southampton. I have made a booking for Friday, February 26th, but I have not received the voucher with the redemption code from Living Social. The hotel requires this code. Can you please email the voucher to me at [redacted]? Thank you.

I received a voucher for a Flightwise flying lesson. Unfortunately, several of my bookings were canceled due to weather conditions. Now, I've been informed they are fully booked until March. My last booking for the th of March was then canceled with a text message received on that day. I have tried to reach the merchant, but the email and phone number are no longer working. It seems they have disappeared. I am requesting a full refund since I did not receive any services. Thank you.

I bought six laser hair removal sessions but discovered after the second treatment that the laser does not detect gray hair, which was my main reason for the purchase. The location is far from my house, and I think I wasted my time and money on this. Since the treatments are not effective for my gray hair, I am requesting a refund of 2/3 of the $85 paid, which is $57. I often purchase through Living Social and would consider a credit for future purchases, but I prefer a full refund of $85 with this second option. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted] for any inquiries or further discussion. Thank you.

I recently bought a voucher for 5 Aerial Yoga classes from Atomic Allure and encountered multiple issues trying to book classes. Initially, there was a delay in their response to my inquiries, and despite being told I could book online, there were no classes listed for May when I tried. After some back and forth, they extended the expiration date, but with limited class options that didn't fit my schedule. I requested another extension but haven't received a response in over 2 weeks. Now, my voucher is marked as redeemed, yet I am unable to book any classes. At this point, I am seeking a refund for the purchase.

I am trying to contact Living Social for information regarding my previous business dealings with them. I used to operate under the name Touch Modalities Massage and Bodywork. I am looking to find out the year I began working with them, the most recent year we collaborated, and the total amount of revenue generated from our partnership. I can be reached at [redacted] or by mail at PO Box [redacted], Columbus, Ohio [redacted]. I am seeking a contact number for speaking with a knowledgeable representative regarding my past merchant transactions, not a customer service concern. Thank you.

I have already sent an email with details but I am also reaching out this way. I have a voucher from Sarita Salon that I have been attempting to redeem or receive a refund for. The voucher incorrectly shows that I redeemed it on May 1st when I did not. I have tried to call them, but their phone line does not connect, which is disappointing. The reviews on Living Social are below 2 stars, and I am surprised they are still offering this voucher. I previously had an issue with another voucher that had to be exchanged as the place was closed on the day of my appointment. It was embarrassing. I used that voucher as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, and I am disappointed with these ongoing problems at the salon.

I am seeking a refund for multiple purchases made with Living Social through Blooms Today. I did not receive confirmation of the initial purchase, which led me to click multiple times accidentally purchasing several vouchers. The Living Social app along with Blooms Today did not meet my needs, so I had to use a local florist. I have not used any of the purchased items and do not intend to due to discrepancies in the pricing and terms when I contacted Blooms Today. I had to resort to another service for sending birthday flowers late. Please address this issue promptly, cancel all purchases due to the app malfunction, and confirm the refunds. I have reached out multiple times and I am eager to have this matter resolved before the vouchers expire. Thank you. Nandini Garud

Dear LivingSocial Representative, I am reaching out as I am disappointed by the lack of response to my previous email sent on June 3 regarding a refund request. The vendor is unwilling to honor the voucher due to it being for new clients only, a fact that was not clearly stated in the advertisement. This led to confusion as I had used the vendor's services before. The placement of this crucial information in the fine print section at the bottom rather than upfront adds to the misleading nature of the advertisement. Given my history with the vendor and the circumstances surrounding this purchase, I kindly request that you review this situation with consideration and make an exception for the refund. I have been a loyal customer of LivingSocial and Groupon and hope that my feedback can prevent others from facing the same confusion. Looking forward to your understanding and assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Tammi W.

Subject: Issue with LivingSocial Order Case Number: [redacted]0 Good afternoon, I am reaching out regarding my recent LivingSocial order. I only received two sails in the second shipment when the order confirmation indicated there should have been three. According to the tracking information, all four sails were shipped and delivered, with one arriving on May 11th and the other three on May 18th. I have completed and returned the denial of receipt form as requested. Could you please look into this matter urgently as I have paid for the fourth sail along with the delivery. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Mell

I recently bought a LaserAway service and reached out to them over the phone. They refused to provide details and insisted I visit their spa. Upon arrival, I was directed to fill out a lengthy questionnaire on an iPad in what felt like an interrogation room. Following this, a staff member explained that achieving my desired results required a package twice as costly, which I would need to purchase three of, exceeding my budget significantly. The next available appointment was a month away. I am seeking a refund and advise against engaging with LaserAway due to their deceptive practices. There are many other establishments that offer similar services more warmly and transparently.

I received a gift certificate to Brinton Brook Stables in upstate New York from a client. Unfortunately, the certificate expired on May 25, [redacted]. Due to a family death at that time, we were unable to use it. We would like to request an updated certificate instead of a return or refund. The stable owners advised reaching out to LivingSocial for assistance. The certificate number is LGJTF16VPK6JZWN73K. We appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you, Barry Minowitz

Hello everyone, I want to share my experience with a Living Social voucher I bought for Natural Pilates in Los Angeles, CA. I was disappointed by the customer service they provided when I tried to use my voucher for a class. Even though I mistakenly purchased it without knowing it was for first-time attendees only, they were rude to me. It's essential for a studio to value its clients, and because of this, I won't be returning. While I understand their no-refund policy, I would appreciate a credit for future use. I suggest reconsidering any partnership with them due to similar experiences my friends have had. Thank you for listening. Best, L. D.

I recently purchased a beach bag with a monogram from Monogramhub. Initially, the bag was listed at $6.00, but as I proceeded with the purchase, additional costs surfaced. The final amount of over $40.00 included unexpected shipping and handling charges that were not clearly presented at the beginning of the transaction. Frustrated by the lack of transparency, I promptly cancelled my order within ten minutes. The website states a one-day cancellation policy, and I now await my refund for order #[redacted]. I refuse to pay $40.00 for a deal that should have only cost $6.00, especially with added charges for monogramming and hidden shipping fees. Prior to this experience, I have been a loyal user of Livingsocial, and I hope to maintain my positive opinion of their services. Please proceed with the cancellation and issue my refund promptly.

I purchased a limo from LivingSocial for my daughter's 16th birthday. Unfortunately, the limo was an hour late, causing us to reschedule our restaurant reservations multiple times and spoiling the surprise for my daughter. The condition of the limo was disappointing with duct tape on the front, missing paint on the side, and a bumpy ride. The air conditioner was not working, leaving us hot and requiring us to open the windows. Additionally, the beverages were warm, there was no ice, and the driver seemed inexperienced, even getting a ticket and getting lost. This experience ruined the birthday celebration, and I am seeking a refund.

I bought helicopter flight tickets in Las Vegas for an upcoming trip. I am 6’5” and weigh [redacted] lbs. The coupon doesn’t clearly specify if the weight limit includes personal belongings like a camera or phone. I purchased two tickets, one for me and one for my fiancé. Even though our combined weight is under [redacted] lbs, they say each individual must be under [redacted] lbs, or pay extra for a "comfort seat". I weigh [redacted] lbs without belongings and find this policy misleading and unfair. If we bought two tickets, the total weight should matter, not each person's weight separately. I feel this is discriminatory. I've been a loyal customer of Living Social and Groupon and hope for a credit, not a full refund.

I have a coupon for a Signature Facial at BLISS BEAUTY AND SPA, but I've been trying to schedule an appointment and have some questions before confirming, with no success. They never pick up the phone and I end up leaving multiple voice messages without any reply. I'd like a refund for the voucher instead of continuing to try to reach them. I also have a Spa World voucher expiring on the 13th of May. I just found out I'm pregnant and can't use it due to medical advice against hot treatments. Can I please get a refund or a merchandise credit for this? Appreciate any assistance.

I purchased two Living Social vouchers for NikooCake in Mission Viejo, CA. On my first attempt to use a voucher, Nikoo claimed they were invalid due to her Living Social contract cancellation. After some disagreement, she eventually made the cake for my nephew's graduation. For my second order on August 18, Nikoo said she was too busy and rescheduled for August 19, right before my voucher expires on August 21. When I arrived to pick it up, she denied our agreed date and claimed we set August 26. This caused stress as I would not have agreed to a date after my voucher expired. I also had to reschedule from 11:00 am to noon, to which she agreed. This experience has caused me great anxiety, beginning with the first cake dispute over the Living Social cancellation. I demand a full refund as I believe she may use the expired voucher as an excuse. I spent $[redacted] on cakes and do not wish to deal with her dishonesty again.

I recently received a pair of sandals, the Celebrity NYC Women's Ankle Strap (item [redacted]61), in the wrong size. Despite being labeled as a size 6, they are more like a size 10. Due to being away when they arrived, I missed the 14-day return window. I thought I bought them through Groupon, indicated by the packing slip, which follows a 30-day return policy. However, as there is no mention of LivingSocial on the slip or the 14-day policy, I'm confused. Could you kindly assist me with emailing or sending a return label? I need to return the shoes as they do not fit. Much appreciated for your help with this matter. Thank you.
