The issue in GetHuman-renefuse's own words
Nothing. I was notified by LS that the company went out of business, and to contact LS about how to resolve*get refund. ... I purchased a LS deal for ** min. massage back in the spring. I got am email from LS in June that the co. went out of business and to contact LS. I had trouble finding ph.* for LS, which delayed my contact. I called about *-* weeks ago, and the gentleman who helped me said my refund would appear, after I "made a purchase". Found that odd- why would the $ simply not just be in my account? I have nothing in my account. There is no refund. The voucher scan code is: ******** voucher*LG-R*ZC-NWT*-**FM-F*ZB*..the voucher states $**.OO, but I believe I purchased with a %off code. Please help me and credit my account accordingly. Thank you- Millie Stouse
I paid for something that no longer exists-good business dictates a prompt refund. I would think I would have been automatically credited, with an email sent explaining the situation--THAT is GOOD business. Leaving it up to me to call (when no phone* is listed anywhere on your website) creates an unnecessary inconvenience for a solid customer of over ** years now. Not trying to lecture or be snotty, just giving sound advice:-) Please issue a refund promptly-sure would make me happy:-)!

I have been buying from LS for years and years and have a solid track record.
As stated earlier- I called several weeks ago and thought it was resolved- I have since discovered that it has not been:-(

We are waiting for GetHuman-renefuse to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
