It's been challenging to find how to cancel my premium subscription on LinkedIn due to the website navigation. I've been charged, and the transaction is pending in my bank account. I hope to have the money refunded. If not, regrettably, I'll need to close my account and stop using the service. I imagine others may also be frustrated with LinkedIn's functionality as a job search platform.

Hello, my name is Rohitha, and I work as a Recruiting Manager at Prorsum Technologies. My LinkedIn account has been restricted, and I'm unsure of the reason behind it. I have been actively using it for over 8 months, building a network of 5,[redacted] connections that are crucial for my work at a Staffing Company in IL. It's essential for me to have access to my account back as it represents my hard work. The majority of my connections are friends and family. Although I may have sent more connection requests than usual recently, I assure you it won't happen again. Please assist me in resolving this issue. For any communication, you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you. Warm regards, Rohitha G Choudhary.

I have been managing two LinkedIn accounts for several years now. While deployed overseas, I unintentionally created a third account. Despite my efforts over the years, I have been unsuccessful in merging the two primary accounts. The obstacle I face is having the same phone number on both accounts, different emails associated with each, and not being able to remember the login credentials for the account I wish to merge into the larger one. One account named "Randall Hoffman" has [redacted] connections, and the other named "LtCol Randall Hoffman USMC" has [redacted] connections. My goal is to merge the account with [redacted] connections into the one with [redacted] connections. However, during the LinkedIn merge process, it consistently notifies me that the phone number is already in use, and I no longer have access to the old email account. I feel frustrated with LinkedIn's lack of customer support as I am unable to speak with a representative to address this issue. Just today, I upgraded one of my accounts to Premium, but I am willing to close it if I cannot resolve the account merging. I am hopeful for assistance from LinkedIn to guide me through this process. I am willing to provide identification to confirm my identity. Best regards, Randall Hoffman

I am uncertain why my account has been restricted. Last year, I was battling cancer and am currently in remission, looking forward to resuming business at Deb Aguda Hospitality Group. When I searched my business online, I discovered two individuals claiming to be the owners and CFO, both females. I am eager to remove them and have my account reinstated promptly. Any assistance in this matter would be highly valued. I am keen on safeguarding my LinkedIn account, which I have cultivated with numerous colleagues and potential clients. Thank you and Happy New Year. - Deb

I've experienced harassment from men on LinkedIn treating it like a dating platform. This has occurred repeatedly, with the latest incident happening yesterday. After connecting, they message me on my work email with lengthy stories about themselves, insisting they are single and expressing a desire to date me. One even went as far as demanding a prompt response. It's important to note that LinkedIn is not intended for dating, and I want this behavior addressed to maintain professionalism on the platform.

I recently received an email from LinkedIn Security notifying me that a new name has been added to my account. Unfamiliar with this addition, I attempted to change my password. Oddly, the system could not locate my account, even though the email was sent to the same address. As a result, it seems I now have two accounts, and I am unable to access my original account containing all my profile information and contacts. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can access my old account?

I have updated my LinkedIn account with my current information, but when I search for myself on Google, it still shows my previous job instead of my current one as a freelance musician. My LinkedIn profile is accurate, so I'm not sure why Google is displaying outdated information about me. How can I get Google to reflect my current employment status as a freelance musician?

I am a member of a college club at Quinnipiac University, and I needed to contact someone for our outreach program. The only contact information I could find was on their LinkedIn profile, so I started a free trial of the premium version to reach out to them. I intended to cancel right after contacting the individual. During a busy period of exams and projects, I got unexpectedly charged $[redacted].34 for a year of premium on Christmas day. I have no use for the premium features and have not used LinkedIn since then. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charge. Being a college student, this charge significantly affects my finances. I kindly request a refund as this charge was unintentional, and I haven't benefitted from the premium service.

Upon reviewing our recent charges, we have discovered an unauthorized recurring payment for a Recruiter package. The individual responsible for this, our former sales manager, initiated the account without our knowledge or consent. The payment went unnoticed as it is linked to our American Express auto payment. We are hesitant to request a chargeback, as this situation constitutes fraud. It is evident that we have not utilized this service and did not authorize its setup by Jessica using our card details. While we may explore the feature in the future, it is imperative to address this unauthorized activity promptly.

While in China, I was unable to access my account to cancel my premium subscription, leading to unintentional charges for a full year. I would like a refund as per the European Union's policy. EU citizens are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the subscription commencement. The 14-day window begins when the subscription service starts, which in my case was during a free trial. Consequently, no fees should be retained upon refund.

Hello, my name is Coleen Reams from Hilton Head, SC. My account has been inactive for 15 years since I retired. I have recently received LinkedIn security notifications over the past 2 days stating that my password was reset. One notification came from Dakar, Senegal, using Chrome and Microsoft, and the other came from St. Petersburg, Russia, using Chrome and Windows. These actions are fraudulent since I only use Apple products. I am requesting that my account be removed and deleted due to this unauthorized activity. Additionally, my professional description was changed to an independent investment manager, which is incorrect as I have never held that role - I am retired. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the account due to these password changes. Thank you.

I am unable to access my account. My contact information is on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/in/dara-ingram-[redacted]0. I have a different account under [redacted] that I can access and edit. However, I believe the problematic account might be under [redacted], although I am uncertain. Please assist me in gaining access to the account referenced in the contact information provided.

I had been a member of LinkedIn for a few years but left the platform around [redacted]. Despite following the instructions to delete my profile, I was unsuccessful. I tried reaching out to LinkedIn Customer Support multiple times but never received a response. I noticed my profile was still active even though I couldn't log in. Recently, when I searched for my name, I discovered that my outdated profile still exists. I have attempted to contact LinkedIn again but have not heard back. Please, I kindly request that my profile be removed from LinkedIn as it no longer reflects my current information. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, Betsy L.

I find navigating LinkedIn quite frustrating. I am having difficulties reaching customer support or obtaining answers to my inquiries before considering signing up. Specifically, I am interested in learning a software and have various queries regarding the expected experience. I prefer to have detailed information before making any commitment. Despite my efforts to understand the provided information, it remains confusing to me. I am hesitant to start a supposedly free trial without clarity on what it entails. Due to financial constraints, I cannot engage in a monthly subscription plan, which seems necessary for meaningful learning. Joining LinkedIn currently feels like entering a tunnel without vision. I look forward to your reply, and if it addresses my concerns, I will share my list of questions. Thank you, M.
