I signed up for the LinkedIn Premium trial but cancelled it before the trial ended. I rarely use LinkedIn, as evident from my infrequent logins despite receiving push notifications. I am requesting a full refund for the months paid for the premium service. I do not require or use the service. Please process the refund promptly as I believe your company would not want to profit from customers who unintentionally continue their subscriptions. Thank you! - Matt Raketti [redacted]

Hello, my account was hacked, and it sent phishing emails to many of my contacts. Yesterday, I changed my password and informed around [redacted] people who received the spam not to click on the link. Today, my account was restricted, and now I would like to regain access. I am beyond frustrated as I have made multiple attempts to cancel my premium account, but you have once again charged my account £50.49, totaling £[redacted]. I have tried to cancel this account several times with no success. Please ensure that the premium account is cancelled as soon as possible as I do not fully utilize the site. Regards, Joanne Israel

I'm experiencing an issue with a duplicate account on LinkedIn. I did not create the duplicate account and am unable to close it as I do not have access to the linked email or phone number. Hello, I have spent the last 12 years developing a youth suicide program without any funding. Currently, I still do not have funding, but I have connected with many influential individuals on LinkedIn who are supporting this initiative to provide online mentors for children across Australia. Despite having over 6,[redacted] contacts on LinkedIn, I cannot afford an account. I am reaching out to ask LinkedIn to consider partnering with me on this important initiative. Hi, I am wondering about the LinkedIn premium feature. I currently have both a personal account and access to our company page. If I upgrade to premium, will the premium benefits apply to the company page as well or only to my personal account? Will I have access to see specific details like who viewed our company page and who is following us? I believe I was overcharged for sales tax. On a $15 purchase, I was charged 13.16% sales tax, totaling $16.97. However, based on Florida's 7% sales tax rate, I should have been charged $16.05. I have successfully requested a refund for a similar situation in the past, but this time I can't find a way to contact LinkedIn's customer support for a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to request an account review due to my active LinkedIn Premium subscription. Despite my efforts, I keep looping back to the same unhelpful FAQ page. I am seeking a refund for the excess sales tax charged and hope to prevent this issue from recurring next month.

My LinkedIn account was unexpectedly restricted without any explanation. I hadn't even been using it for the last 3-4 days, so I am confused as to why my account was flagged for suspicious activity. I attempted to recover it by providing my identification documents as requested, but I have not received any response. I am unsure of who to reach out to in order to resolve this issue. It is frustrating to encounter such a lack of communication from a platform as reputable as LinkedIn.

Hello, I recently attempted to log into my account after an extended period to make some updates. I used the email address that I believed was associated with my account; however, upon logging in, I was surprised to find myself in someone else's account. I'm frustrated with this system. It's impossible to speak with anyone; you can only use chat, and if you need more help, they ask for additional payments and credit card information, which I refuse to provide. LinkedIn's information is unclear, and once they draw you in, you can't contact them at all. This situation is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate it to the Consumer Protection Council. Additionally, I've raised a dispute with my credit card company. I am disappointed in LinkedIn's conduct.

I am experiencing a potential issue with my Lynda.com assignment. I need to confirm if I have missed an assignment recently. The only documentation I have found is a completion certificate from [redacted]. I prefer to be contacted via phone at [redacted]. I recently experienced a hacking incident and managed to resolve it initially. However, my email account became unrecognizable, prompting me to create a new one. I hoped to retrieve my data from the original account but have been unsuccessful so far. If I close the new account, will I lose all my contacts and information from the original one? This situation is becoming quite frustrating. When I was hacked, I sent my driving license for identity verification, but now I find it challenging to reach anyone for assistance. I currently have one account with all my details and contacts, and another account with no information.

I recently purchased an iPhone 11. Initially, I could access my account without any issues. However, over the past few weeks, I have been unable to log in. Despite requesting a validation code for account recovery, I have not been receiving the email. Repeated attempts to resend the code have been unsuccessful. This cycle of not receiving the validation code has made it impossible for me to reset my password. I have spent a significant amount of time, on multiple occasions, trying to regain access to my LinkedIn account.

I signed up for LinkedIn Premium with a free trial on my account to see how it could help me. I attempted to unsubscribe before being charged, but I saw that I was still billed on December 8th. I have not utilized the premium features and did not intend to continue the subscription. Could I please receive a refund of the $29.99 charge? I believe I had an account previously, but when I try to update it now, it says there is no account with my email. I recently noticed a deduction of 21,[redacted] naira from my bank account without my authorization. After lodging a complaint, your representatives claimed I signed up for premium, which is not the case as I solely use LinkedIn for job search purposes. Unfortunately, all my efforts to secure a job have been in vain, and now the limited funds I saved for my family have been taken. I am struggling to cope with this situation.
