I was experimenting with Linkedin Sales Navigator out of curiosity and cancelled on the day it was supposed to renew before I was charged. After I submitted my cancellation, I was still charged the monthly amount. I thought I would avoid renewal cancelling before the billing date but it looks like I was charged anyway. Can you please help?
