I cancelled a free trial, yet I've been charged for the last * months and I have had no billing e mail sent to me and have only just noticed I've been charged today! I am very angry as there is no contact number, I will be seeking legal advice if not resolved as this has been done underhand as I had a billing e mail for the 'free' trial month but not one billing e mail since I've been charged. I want a full refund for the last * times I've been charged or at least for the following * months as if I'd known I had been charged (after receiving the first billing receipt) I'd of cancelled straight away. From my account you will see my employers pay for recruiter so I have no need to be paying for the recruiter lite service and have never used it!
