Hello- I signed up for Link'ed In Recruiter in a scramble to do some more robust recruiting for multiple open positions. At the time I did not understand what I was signing up for and realized soon after that I did not have enough resources on my end to recruit like this. I failed to realize that I signed up for an annual subscription and was charged for an entire year when I don't really plan on using this service and planned on probably canceling after the first month. I would like a refund of the annual charge or an adjustment to just be charged for the one month of use. I have already gone in and cancelled the subscription to avoid further charges but I will not need to use this for the next year so I would like a full refund ideally. Thank you and look forward to hearing back.
