Hello, i recently cancelled my subscription from premium and went back to the normal linked in option. The premium really offered nothing different for my business and wasnt necessary. Literally the same day I did so i've noticed restricted access to certain features which are not exclusive to premium. Whenever I go to send a connection invite it simply will not complete the request and remains to stay on the same screen. Ive tried on my phone and computer and everything is updated. No idea why this is happening but I would really appreciate it being looked at. I feel as if im being punished for reducing my subscrition.
GetHuman-jacobytm did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
