Hello.*I have used the trial for Premium Business for a couple of weeks since in the end of February. However I found it is not efficient for me at all that’ Why I decided to cancel it around * weeks ago. And it said it will take ** hours to process. Therefore I really believed that it was canceled. But I don’t know why somehow it wasn’t! And it was renewed. Until today when I got the bill from Apple I was really shock! Because this is NOT what I wanted to do at all. I DID cancel it. So this isn’t my choice and my responsibility. So I would like by some way, my refund is back. I hope you understand. Thank you for your understanding.
