Purchased Linked In Recruiter Lite for free for * month from March **, **** to April **, ****. Checked account this morning and we were still live and not charged for another month. Just went into Recruiter Lite account at *:**pm EST to cancel it and we were already charged $***.** for the Recruiter Lite Monthly renewal. It is still April **, ****, therefore I do not understand why we were charged and would like a refund ASAP. We do not want to sign up for an additional month of Recruiter Lite and want to cancel it immediately.
GetHuman-dziombae did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
