I have been trying to delete my profile for * weeks. I tried the one month free premium service. After the first week, I realized it was not for me and have tried to cancel and delete my account ever since. All requests were ignored and I was billed for a full year. I have notified SunTrust (my bank) and filed a fraud claim. You had no justifiable reason to bill my account for a full year when I am trying to cancel.
