Hi, I am contacting regarding the Premium learning that I signed up in January as a free month trial. I had every intention to cancel my subscription prior to the end of trial, but unfortunately miscalculated the date, and as a result, I have been charged the $**.** fee. I understand the terms and conditions, but I really had no intention to join on an ongoing basis, as I can't afford the ongoing fee. You will see that I haven't used the service at all, and I really couldn't afford to pay the ongoing fee, therefore I am kindly requesting for my payment to be reversed and refunded as a goodwill.
