The issue in GetHuman-hollylau's own words
I signed up to LinkedIn Premium for a month for free with an assurance that LinkedIn will send me an email * days before the charge date to remind me that my free month will be ending soon. Today I went into my bank account to find that £***.** has been taken out of my account. Now that is an entire year of Premium which is not what I agreed to either. I then went to cancel my subscription, as I used my free Premium for one day. Not once using it after that. I have emailed them twice with regards to refund as I have cancelled my subscription the same day this money has been taken out. I am a student and therefore do not even have that amount of money.
GetHuman-hollylau did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
