The issue in GetHuman-asangafa's own words
I registered for a course earlier this year, and when filling my card details, i had some serious network disruptions. And due to this, i wasn't alerted if the transaction process was successful or not. I did not begin neither did i follow through with the course, not for a day due to some personal reasons. **Yesterday, i was debited for this same course. You could imagine how shocked i was. For a transaction that didn't notify me if it was successful or not. And for a course i neither started or completed.**How can this be resolved? It really isn't palatable. Will it be possible to get a refund for the money deducted, or will i be given an opportunity to take the same course or another for the exact amount? Please, i'll be expecting a response. Thanks.
