The issue in GetHuman2097022's own words
Hi,**I have been a member of linkedin since a while now. Recently, there was an offer that was running for premium membership, a trial version which I used for hardly any days and made it a point to cancel it when I didn’t require it, that was before the membership was going to expire and I was to be charged.**I followed all the guidelines on Linkedin website to cancel it and the message showed that it will automatically expire on the day it finishes ** days. I have opted for the cancellation option again and again to make sure I’m not charged for this.**The mails kept coming and spamming my inbox, tried closing the subscription but it kept showing the same message so I didn’t bother and assumed it will switch off once the ad expires. **Recently, there has been a charge of **k on the credit card that was registered and I was using my boss’s linkedin to get candidates on board. **I’m in difficulty because of this and would request LinkedIn to waive off this charge with immediate effect as I have followed all the guidelines to de-activate this trial.**We enroll for something that looked good as a trial, this charge is invalid and not ethical when it was cancelled twice. I’m sorry but you can’t blame us for firstly enrolling and secondly in such a wrong manner.**Please look into this on priority and arrange for a refund with immediate effect.**Regards,*Tanvi
