I am having difficulty resetting my LinkedIn Sales Force password despite multiple attempts over the past year. I signed up using my work email, but do not receive any password reset emails. I have exhausted all options, including contacting both my company's and LinkedIn's IT support and checking all email folders. I would like to delete my account and create a new one. I am unsure if I will receive your response via email, so please consider contacting me at [redacted] (work cell) or [redacted] (personal cell). Thank you for your assistance.

I deleted my account linked to the email adelaide1387@[redacted].com months ago, but I received a notification about a connection request. However, I can't sign in as it says 'my email address is not found.' I need someone to contact me urgently to close my account, which should have been done months ago. It's frustrating not being able to reach anyone from the company or log in to address this issue. Please reach out to me.

I am an administrative coordinator at The Association for Mountain Parks Protection and Enjoyment, a nonprofit organization. My responsibility is to create a company page and post a job. However, I discovered an existing page that is outdated and not managed by anyone who has been with the company for over five years. The page is named "Association for Mountain Parks Protection and Enjoyment" without the article 'the'. I need access to this page or for it to be removed to create a new, up-to-date page.

Hi, The job listings on Tigerspike's page on LinkedIn are displaying incorrectly. There seem to be duplicate listings with different titles. We typically exclude the location from the job title, and we've noticed odd symbols instead of apostrophes in the text. It would be appreciated if you could correct these issues and remove the duplicates. Our job postings are submitted via JazzHR, and we do not have a LinkedIn recruiter account. Thank you, S.H.

I need assistance removing old email addresses from my account due to a legal issue with my previous employer, MPOWERD Inc. Here is a summary from an attorney representing MPOWERD: My client received an email addressed to [redacted] from LinkedIn. When they clicked the link, there was no account associated with that email. They then tried "[redacted]" and received a response indicating that the profile was not available after attempting to reset the password. Upon clicking the link in the email, they encountered a notice stating, "This profile is not available." An outdated email address, [redacted], is appearing in a drop-down box. I want only my current email address, [redacted], to be linked to my LinkedIn account. I recently merged two accounts, but the MPOWERD email address is still appearing. Thank you for your help. Hello LinkedIn team, I wanted to follow up regarding the refund for my LinkedIn subscription. Despite the confirmation email from customer service on 11/12/[redacted] stating that a refund of $83.19 was issued to my credit card, I have yet to see the refund reflected in my account. I received an email confirmation from LinkedIn stating that the refund was processed and my account was reverted to a Basic (free) account. However, I am still waiting for the refund to be credited back to my debit card. I kindly request that LinkedIn look into this matter and ensure that the refund is processed accordingly. Thank you, Jasneet K.

Subject: Urgent Issue with Linkedin Premium Subscription Hello, I need to address an urgent matter regarding my recent subscription to Linkedin Premium. I signed up for a one-month trial on November 20th as a job seeker. However, I was shocked to discover that I had been mistakenly enrolled in Linkedin Recruiter Lite, which I never intended to subscribe to. Despite receiving an initial invoice for £0.00, I later found out that I had been charged almost £[redacted] for an annual subscription to a service I never desired. As a job seeker, I believed I was using the Premium service, not the Recruiter Lite version. This misunderstanding has caused me great distress, as I am currently unemployed and cannot afford such a substantial charge. I have not canceled my subscription yet as I am still in need of the job-seeking resources, but I urgently need this issue resolved. I feel misled and consider this situation to be a serious oversight on your part. I hope to receive a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Sincerely, P. Baneyx

Hello, I have received two emails in the past few weeks from someone claiming to have my Linkedin password. The first email asked for money to prevent them from sharing inappropriate content using my name. However, there were inaccuracies in their claims. Firstly, they mentioned a video taken through my computer camera, but my computer doesn't have one. Secondly, they said I have 7 contacts on Linkedin, but I only recall having one. I created my account about 7-8 years ago after receiving a suspicious connection request. Since then, I've been hesitant to log in due to security concerns. I am now retired and no longer active on Linkedin, so I would like to have my account deleted to avoid any further issues. I believe this should be a simple process for Linkedin to handle. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, John H.

Subject: Unauthorized Use of Company Name for Scam Purposes I am writing to report an issue regarding an individual in the United States who is falsely representing our company, PMG Intelligence, to deceive people. We have been notified by multiple individuals who received emails referring to a job opportunity as a "Mystery Shopper" posted on LinkedIn under our company's name. However, upon investigation, I could not locate this post on LinkedIn. One person shared the content of the misleading post with us: The individual, Clark Jeremy, using the email [redacted], claims to be affiliated with PMG Intelligence and offers a fake job as a "Survey Evaluation Coordinator"/"Senior Qualitative Director." Please note that this job posting is fraudulent and has no association with our company. I urge for the immediate removal of this misleading post and address this matter to prevent further scams using our company's identity. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Maria T. Digital Marketing Specialist PMG Intelligence

I am having trouble locating any links on LinkedIn to report an issue that is worsening on my profile page. After conducting a Google search, I came across information because LinkedIn does not provide any support or a means to submit bug reports or seek help with any problems. The experience was incredibly frustrating and consuming of my time, once again. The only available option I could find was to submit a suggestion, here is my message: "I need to report a problem - there are no means to report site bugs or failures on your platform. The following issues need to be resolved permanently, as they have persisted on various profiles for the past five years. This situation reflects poorly on all of us who are experiencing this issue on your site: 1. Several of my added media thumbnails on my profile are broken and display as blank or greyed out. This error has not been resolved by your tech support for over a year. 2. Today, my cover/banner photo disappeared from behind my profile. The deteriorating bugs on your site are causing my profile to look unprofessional and incomplete. Please address and rectify these problems to restore my profile content promptly. Given the visibility of my profile, this is essential. 3. It is concerning that there is no direct link for customers to contact customer service easily. Despite searching with relevant keywords, I could not find any information on how to contact customer support. I urge you to acknowledge this message promptly to confirm that these issues will be resolved. If no action is taken, I will be forced to lodge a consumer complaint publicly due to this mismanagement, which is why I have not activated my premium membership yet." Please rectify these problems and contact me at [redacted] once you have addressed them.

Some of my connections informed me that my account was hacked. One of them shared a screenshot showing a questionable “Secret Shopper” solicitation. I tried to reset my password on LinkedIn, but I couldn't recover my access because none of my contacts were recognized by the system. Being a Premium member, I find it frustrating that even after reporting the hack, I haven't received any acknowledgment from LinkedIn. The suggestion to reach out for help by hovering over my profile picture isn't helpful since I can't access my account. Many others have faced similar issues, as I've seen on different platforms like gethuman.com. When LinkedIn Security alerts me of suspicious changes, I wish there was a way to directly notify them that I didn't authorize the changes and request a reversal. The lack of a quick and streamlined account recovery process is disappointing.

I recently discovered my account was hacked on Linkedin when my son found a profile under the name Larry Gross with my picture and racist comments added related to terrorism. This is extremely damaging to my job search and appears to be the work of former coworkers from Mercy Hospital, including Brian O'Donnell and Mary Burton, RN. I had previously closed an account thinking it was my only one after leaving Mercy due to harassment. I received a notification falsely stating I had left Mercy right after quitting. I believe the culprits should be reported and prosecuted. The account hacked belongs to Lezlie Lilley, with my old married name added, Lezlie Ellefsen. I can be reached at [redacted]. This happened at Mercy Virtual Care, part of Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. I am considering legal action for the personal harm caused. Thank you for your attention.

I was charged $29.99 for a subscription, but I haven't used it or even activated the free trial. I am requesting a refund. I tried calling the number on the website, but the only option available was for LinkedIn's address, which is not what I need. I forgot about my LinkedIn account until I saw the charge on my bank statement, and I want to cancel the subscription. Please assist me in getting a refund. Thank you in advance for your help.

We recently completed a merger between two ICF Arizona chapters: ICF Phoenix and ICF Southern Chapter. Currently, we have two accounts for ICF Phoenix Chapter. One is a non-profit organization account created by Sylva Leduc, Leadership Strategist, and Managing Partner at SAGE Leaders. She is unsure of why she is on the account, and no actions have been taken on it. The second account is ICF Phoenix Group, owned by Molly O'Neill, with Linda Burridge (myself) and Malia Monoco as managers. This group has numerous posts dating back almost six years. We are looking to change the name, particularly in the private community, to reflect the transition to ICF Arizona Charter Chapter. We have been unsuccessful in reaching Molly for approval despite multiple attempts via emails, messages, and calls. We are considering focusing on LinkedIn over Facebook for member engagement. Any guidance and assistance on resolving these account and name change issues would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Linda Burridge VP Communications ICF Arizona Charter Chapter

My account was mistakenly "permanently restricted" by them. I usually use a desktop tool for my regular website activities. I utilized it to unfollow numerous contacts on LinkedIn, which saved me from manually clicking through each one. LinkedIn accused me of violating their policy by using this tool, alleging that I was attempting to steal/scrape data, despite me not receiving any prior warnings. All my attempts to reach out to them have only resulted in receiving automated responses.

My account was mistakenly "permanently restricted" by the platform. I typically use a desktop tool for routine website access, which I utilized to unfollow numerous contacts on LinkedIn in a bulk manner. LinkedIn claimed this action violated their policies, accusing me of attempting to steal/scrape data and alleging that I ignored warnings (which I did not receive). Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with them have only resulted in receiving automated responses.
