I joined LinkedIn Premium in order to contact a potential employer. I found the website was difficult to use and I could not find viable career opportunities that weren't some marketing scheme for something else. This month (just yesterday), I was billed for $**.** to continue my Premium Subscription, even though I am not using the website and have no intention to continue. I cancelled the subscription in December but for some reason my cancellation was not saved. I want $**.** refunded and I want my Premium cancelled for good. It's a shame that users sign up for LinkedIn Premium in order to get a job... even if you're still jobless, they'll charge you for using services that you do not use!
