I would like a refund of $***.** - I was charged * times for Linkedin Premium with Sales Navigator. I never saw the value of the Premium membership (I never got any replies from my * or * Sales Navigator messages, but plenty of replies from my connections via the free method) and wanted to cancel before the free trial was up. I've been unable to get ahold of LI support about a refund for the first month's auto payment, but I canceled my premium membership (through my member settings) immediately after I was billed, returning my account to the "Basic" level. I was just billed again ($**.**) today (*******) for another month of Premium, even though I have a "Basic" account. As a small business owner who's just starting out, with expenses to meet, this $***.** is seriously hurting me. I'm extremely unhappy with the product on top of that. I want my money back ($***.**). Hopefully I can get a hold of them.
GetHuman-jsezor did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
