If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Please review the RECENT following incident occurrence, where my account was hacked, after which I provided the requested identification documentation to reset my account. It was working for a short time but now, my access to my account has again been restricted for some unknown reason! Would you please reset my account based on that previous ID documentation as I do not like to resend it again? **Thank You for your consideration.*Best Regards,*Rod Dreisbach**From: LinkedIn Customer Support *mailto:*****@***.com* *Sent: Wednesday, November **, **** *:** AM*To: *****@***.com*Subject: Reporting a Hacked Account *Case: ******-********** *View this case on our Help Center*Subject: Reporting a Hacked Account *******-********Response (********** **:** CST)*Hi Rodney,* *Thanks for providing the requested documentation! I'm happy to tell you that we verified your identity. We've sent two messages to your email address. One message contains a password reset link and the other message contains an email confirmation link. I've outlined a few steps that will help you access your account. Please follow these steps in the order shown below:* **. Locate the email with the password reset link and establish a new password. The link will only be valid for ** hours. If it's been more than ** hours, please let me know and I'll send over a new one.* **. After you set a new password, locate the email confirmation message and open the link. You will be prompted to enter your new password.* *Note: The first box will be pre-filled. There is no need to edit it at this time. You'll be able to make changes next.* **. Once you've created your new password and confirmed your email address, you'll want to make your email address the primary one for your account and remove the invalid email address to prevent any further unauthorized activity. You can do that from here: https:**www.linkedin.com*settings*?modal*nsettings-manage-email* *To help ensure the security of your account:* **. I recommend turning on two-step verification. Here's how: https:**www.linkedin.com*psettings*two-step-verification*enroll* **. Review the email addresses registered to your LinkedIn account and ensure you secure those email accounts by changing the password and utilizing any other security features your email service provider may offer.* **. Keep the phone number registered to your account, updated. To manage the phone number(s) associated with your account, follow the steps in this answer: https:**www.linkedin.com*help*linkedin*answer******* *Regrettably, LinkedIn doesn't keep record of past information listed on a profile.
