Hi,**I had the opportunity to try out a Premium Account upgrade to my account via a trial. The trial was set to expire*charge me for the first time Nov **, ****. I cancelled my account Nov **, ****, and have a screenshot with the time, date and cancellation notice. However, I was still charged FOR A FULL YEAR via my PayPal Account.
