I did a “free trial” for the premium membership on my personal account (*****@***.com) in order to look for people to recruit. When I wanted to cancel prior to LinkedIn charging me for the next month, the page to cancel the membership kept saying “oops, it’s us not you.” Every time I tried to reload it would either show this message or freeze. I tried this multiple times everyday for * days in hopes to cancel my membership only to find out the credit card was charged $*** today. This is not fair, I wanted to cancel and tried to cancel prior to being charged. I would like a refund as soon as possible.
GetHuman-hmasfaka did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
