I purchased the Sales Navigator free trial I think in October, and I got so busy with business I completely forgot about it. Later I noticed I was billed over $*** (past the ** day trial), which of course would have been in the fine print, but I would like to please have a refund because I didn't use the product one, and I won't. I've already cancelled my "recurring subscription". If the LinkedIn policy is to not make any refunds in these situations, that is an unethical business practice.
