This is the second message I leave. I have not been able to get through on your customer service number. It is really frustrating to not be able to contact anyone in your organization. We set up an account in March **** and provided a credit card. We cancelled the account because we believed you were to expensive and received an invoice showing nothing would be charged. We have been accumulating charges on our American Express card since March for $***.**. I have an order ************. We have never received any service from your company and request that you refund the charges. Please have a supervisor call me at (***) ***-**** at your earliest convenience. **Thank you!
