Hello,**I enrolled into a premium service plan thinking that it is a free trial. I got the notification on the page about the free trial. However I observe that I have been charged for the free trial. I immediately cancelled my premium subscription and opted out of it so as to avoid the charge, but notice that I have still been charged. **Can you please help refund my charge, as I immediately opted out of the service and do not wish to use premium plan right now as a paid service.**-Thanks and Regards
