I cancelled my premium membership back in August or maybe early September. I was charged in September, which I wasn't happy about, but thought maybe I hadn't cancelled in time to avoid one more payment. However, I was just charged again in October. I need this resolved and refunded asap. I know I definitely cancelled because I received several requests to sign back up and stay on premium which I denied.
GetHuman-markwsny did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
