I just noticed a $**.** charge on my bank statement, after reviewing the charge I realized it was from some premium feature. Long story short I've never, ever used this site, or feature? I have no idea how it has my information to charge my account? If u look you will see I've never used this before. And would greatly appreciate a refund.

I contacted their customer support, located in the Help Center. Explained my situation and how I had never used these services nor was I even aware I was signed up for this service. I sent this on Sunday afternoon and they had responded back early Monday morning, surprisingly fast, and extremely helpful they were willing to refund me, I give them * **way up. For there response time and his they resolved this issue.
