If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-janastua's own words
i believe that my account has been hacked. Here is the sequence of events:**. I received an email that I had successfully changed my password yester around *p.**. Since I had not done so, I immediately went to my account and tried tied to change the password again**. I was successful in doing so but noticed that the headshot for my proile was showing the picture of "Roberta Long-Kelleher" and that My Name was now Roberta Long-Kelleher. Most of the profile was untouched**. I sent you a message trying to find out how to change the picture but have not heard back.**. This morning (*****) I got an email from Linkedin saying my password has been successfully changed**. I tried to sign nto my account and now I am unable to get in because Linkedin is saying that they do not recognize my email address (JanAS*****@***.com)**. Please help - I am in the midst of a job search and have been using Linked in tocommunicate with several HR departments**. I can be reached by Mobile if necessary - ***-***-****
