I signed up for a free premium trial and didn't realise that I was supposed to cancel it if I didn't want to go ahead with it permanently. I received an email saying that I needed to update my card details if i wanted to continue with premium because payment didn't go through. I thought that it was unnecessary to do anything as the card registered on my account was, to my knowledge, deactivated. I looked on my bank statement and discovered that linkedin had taken *** euro a week later when my wages went into my bank. I immediately tried to contact linkedin and my bank to clear up the mistake. I cancelled my linkedin premium..i was unaware it was still active as the free month was over. There is no contact number for linkedin and it seems that there is no direct email address either. Their website states that they do not issue refunds, but that money is my living for the next month. My family will literally not eat and I can literally not travel to work if I don't get it reimbursed.
GetHuman-gsturzu did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
