hi I got charged for a premium YEARLY service without any notification . I was travelling from Australia to England on a family emergency when my credit card was charged for a years subscription. I simply cannot afford this subscription. It is putting me under financial duress , especially since I am unemployed. Can you please refund the charges ?
GetHuman-kbaig did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-kbaig fixed the problem
I asked the online help to assist me with fixing the issue. I cancelled the yearly and went on a month to month plan . The yearly was credited back . and i was charged for the month. I then cancelled the month to month via my account settings.
