I have unknowingly turned this in premium subscription as I added d card details back in * yrs, I was unaware that it was still saved. Now i have been directly charged for **** Rs. without any indication. Atleast you could have informed me in prior as this is not supposed to be. You take all the payment information n just deduct the money directly from the account, how is it even okay?? you could have asked before deducting that, you are not supposed to deduct it without my permission.*Please refund my money back..it's too much for me. **** Rs loss I really cannot afford. Please try to understand and help me with the refund as I really don't have any money after this deduction.
