I signed up for the the test premium account. I understood that I deactivated, I have never used or navigated to the Premium Page apart from once on the initial day of the trial to have a look at it. I was horrified when I saw the charge taken out of my account. I want to receive a refund. Again I tried to deactivate as I did before, (if you click on deactivate, one would expect for deactivation to take place) but i see a contact apple message. I dont have my Itunes details and so cant. On my phone I dont have login details*cant fine them. I just want this removed and my money returned. I am considering taking the steps of deleting my account completely to prevent further charges.
