I had a LinkedIn account that I wasn't using and don't think that I even created it. I deleted that account and it deleted my active account as well. The active account had a strong profile and several comnections. I reactivated my account and don't have any connections and my profile is gone. I would like my original account back, even if it means that the inactive account is still out there.

GetHuman-jedhigh did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-jedhigh fixed the problem
I found the account with my connections and profile* for some reason it had been reactivated. I did deactivate and reactivate my account a few times yesterday. After finding my original account, I discovered that it was linked to an email that I no longer used and reset the password. I linked both accounts to my personal email. I deactivated the new account, made my email the primary email on my original account and removed the old email.
