Hello, I have been locked out of my LinkedIn account. When I try to log in, I am asked to verify my identity. I have submitted my driver's license and passport images but am yet to get a response on the issue. Several times, I attempted to respond to the ticket that was issued when I submitted the passport information, but I get a response stating that the email address is not the primary for the account. **My account was registered under the email addess *****@***.com and I have also tried *****@***.com. The name on the account is David Gibson and I am a Smart Grid and Integration Consultant for utilities and I can provide identification (passport and license) to verify my identity. On request I can also provide the telephone number that was originally linked to the account along with my resume, for comparison to what was posted. **I would appreciate your help on this matter. **Thanks,**David Gibson.
