I forgot to cancel my premium subscription, and I rarely used it even when it was free. Now, I don't use it at all. Could you please check my InMail and premium features activity to verify this? I was billed five days ago and have tried reaching out to customer support a couple of times. I learned that cancellation should be done via email rather than phone calls. Is there a way to cancel my subscription now and possibly receive a refund for this month's charge?

Hello,
I recently tried to log into my account on 09/06/[redacted] and found that LinkedIn has restricted my access due to alleged violation of the Terms of Service. I created this account just a week ago and have not engaged in any activity that would breach the Terms of Service. LinkedIn is now asking for my state drivers license as a verification step to unlock my account. I am hesitant to provide this document because the account was restricted without a clear reason on how I violated the terms. I am also requesting that my account be deleted since I will not be needing it anymore. Thank you.

I recently signed up for a LinkedIn premium account to enjoy a free month trial starting on August 6th. According to the trial terms, I should have been able to cancel before any billing began, which I promptly did. However, I noticed a charge of $42.59 has already been deducted from my bank account. To my surprise, I also saw that another charge of $39.99 is scheduled for October 6th even though I cancelled today, September 6th. I am confused as to why this additional charge is set for October 6th and would like a refund for the amount taken out of my account and for the upcoming charge to be removed since I have already cancelled my subscription.

Hello,
I have been attempting to secure a refund of $[redacted].37 from LinkedIn for more than a week. I have been informed that there is no account linked to LinkedIn charged with that amount. Coincidentally, I received a new debit card the same week the charge was made. The details of both cards are as follows:
I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to cancel my Premium trial and account and have reached out to LinkedIn without any success. Accessing online chat support has been impossible as no one is ever available. An Apple sales representative provided me with a contact number for your California office. Upon calling, I was only provided with a California address with no additional options for Customer Support.
After persistent efforts, Customer Support finally reached out on Thursday, stating that there is no Premium account associated with my email address. I have listed both email addresses I used below:
[redacted]
[redacted]
I will continue to pursue resolution until this matter is addressed. LinkedIn needs to improve customer service response times and enhance accessibility to Customer Support. Direct human interaction is preferred over automated responses to facilitate issue resolution.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I am experiencing an issue with my LinkedIn account. Despite having a premium subscription, when I attempted to log in recently, I encountered a message stating that my account has been restricted. I am certain that I have not violated any terms of service, and I have not received any emails from LinkedIn regarding this matter.
I have already submitted images of my Florida driver's license, which were approved, but my account remains restricted, preventing me from accessing it. I am unable to find a way to contact customer support for assistance with this issue. Given that I have not used the platform extensively in some time, I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. I have a long history with LinkedIn, having been an early adopter and using it as a networking tool for my students at George Washington University and Harvard.
Any help or advice on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dr. Jerald L Feinstein

There is a company posting jobs on LinkedIn pretending to be other companies. They direct you to their website to collect data before redirecting you to the actual company's site where there are no job openings. I've reported several of these listings to LinkedIn as fraud, but they haven't taken them down, allowing the fraudulent company to keep posting more links. This is wasting my time as I tailor my resume for each job and is also causing unknowing LinkedIn users to have their data stolen. The most recent misleading post is for a sales position in the Greater San Diego Area, but upon following the link provided, you'll see there's actually no job to apply for in San Diego. The company behind this is not Meditech as they claim. Please address this issue and remove all these fraudulent job postings, as there are many similar misleading listings for different companies.

I was recently billed for LinkedIn premium features that I never used. I signed up for the premium service a month ago and was told that an email notification would be sent before the free trial ended, giving me the option to cancel before being charged. However, I did not receive any email and have now been charged. I inadvertently activated the premium trial and failed to cancel it in time due to the lack of notification. I do not wish to keep the premium subscription and am requesting a refund. I kindly ask the LinkedIn team to assist me with this issue and process the refund promptly.

Dear LinkedIn Team,
I recently discovered a charge on my account for LinkedIn premium features that I never used. When I subscribed to the premium features a month ago, I was assured that an email would be sent before the free trial ended, allowing me to cancel if I did not wish to be charged. Unfortunately, I did not receive such an email notification and have now been charged. I inadvertently forgot to cancel the free trial of the premium version of LinkedIn, resulting in the subscription being activated today with no prior reminder to cancel. I have no intention of continuing with the premium subscription and kindly request a refund of the charged amount. I would appreciate your assistance in processing the refund promptly.
Thank you.

Subject: Issue with LinkedIn Premium Subscription
To the LinkedIn Team,
I recently signed up for LinkedIn Premium but never used any of the features. Initially, the system assured me that I would receive an email notification before my free trial ended, allowing me to cancel before being charged. Unfortunately, I never received this email, and I have now been charged for the premium service. I inadvertently forgot to cancel the trial before it converted into a paid subscription today due to the absence of the cancellation email.
I would like to request a refund for the amount deducted, as I have no intentions of continuing with the premium subscription. Please assist me with this matter promptly.
Charged Amount: [redacted]
Card Type: Visa ending in [redacted]
Date of Deduction: September 9, [redacted]
Transaction ID: [redacted]97
I appreciate your urgent attention to this issue.

I have encountered an issue with my account being restricted due to alleged excessive profile viewing. Instead, I have been deleting contacts to refine my page as my business shifts from marketing to boating and catering. Unfortunately, the removal process prompts me to click on profiles and select 'remove connection.'
I am not in a position to upgrade my account at the moment given the transition in my business. Could you kindly assist in lifting the restriction on my account? I am a devoted LinkedIn user seeking to optimize my network for my evolving business focus without unnecessary limitations.
My spouse is similarly affected, as we are jointly transitioning our businesses to the southern region. Any guidance provided for me can also be extended to him. Thank you for your consideration.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my LinkedIn Sales Premium Account upgrade. This morning, I noticed that I was charged for the previous month despite being under the impression that I had a one-month free trial. I would appreciate a refund for the initial month or the option to start a new free trial so that I can continue using the LinkedIn Premium sales account.
Thank you,

I am concerned about the disturbing content I have come across on LinkedIn that promotes anti-Semitic and anti-Islamic views. This content goes beyond freedom of speech and borders on hate speech. Specifically, I would like to report posts by Christian Henkelmann regarding Islam, Japan, and London which appear anti-Islamic, as well as comments by Gerard McLoughlin that are not only anti-Semitic but also target Muslims and other religions. It is disheartening that when I, along with others, responded respectfully but assertively to these posts, our comments were removed from the site along with the original offensive content. I urge you to review these feeds and take appropriate action. Such content is not only inappropriate but also reflects poorly on your platform. Thank you.

I would like to request the stoppage of the bank payment made to LinkIn today. Unfortunately, this payment has resulted in my checking account having a negative balance of $24.36. Being on Social Security Disability, I am unable to afford the Premium subscription. With my monthly income being just $[redacted] from social security, I am struggling to make ends meet. Despite thinking that the trial period ended on 9/13/[redacted], I have been charged $[redacted].48 for the subscription today, putting my account further into the negative. To remedy this situation, I kindly request emergency assistance to halt the payment to LinkIn. I am also contacting Bank of America for support. I hope for your understanding of my financial predicament. It's challenging for disabled individuals in America to survive on such limited income. I appreciate your help. Thank you. - P.L.

I have encountered an issue regarding the recent billing for the Premium membership. The charge occurred on 9/10/[redacted], at the conclusion of my 30-day trial membership, which I believed ended on the 13th. This unexpected charge caused my bank account to reach a negative balance, a situation that is concerning given my fixed income from Social Security, amounting to only $[redacted] monthly. As I am in the process of starting a business with the Connecticut Bureau of Rehab Services, this financial setback has left me struggling to cover expenses for the rest of the month. Despite my attempts to resolve this with LinkIn, I have been unable to connect with a live representative. I have opened an email ticket requesting a refund for the unauthorized payment of $[redacted].48 on my credit card. With limited funds available for essential expenses like rent and food, I am uncertain about how to proceed in this challenging situation.

I recently received an email from a Linkedin member named Sgt. Toney, who wants to discuss a proposal privately. Sgt. Toney claims to be a soldier in the US military working with the United Nations in Syria against terrorism. She mentioned having $4.5 million that she needs help with due to restrictions on monetary transactions during the mission. Sgt. Toney requested assistance as a beneficiary to receive and keep the fund until her mission is completed. In return, she offered 30% of the total amount for the help provided. She emphasized the importance of privacy and urged for an urgent response.

Hello, I recently tried to access my Linkedin account but received a message saying that my email address was not linked to any account. However, I have emails from Linkedin sent to that same address. On June 30, [redacted], I got a suspicious email from [redacted] informing me that another email, [redacted], was added to my account. I suspect this change was made without my permission. Since then, I haven't received any emails from Linkedin. Can you please investigate what happened to my account and if my usual email, [redacted], is no longer connected to it? Thank you.

Dear LinkedIn Team,
I am reaching out to discuss an issue I am facing. I have been unexpectedly charged for a premium account subscription that I did not intend to sign up for. A few months back, I was prompted to try the premium account for free and entered my card details with the understanding that I could subscribe at a later time if interested.
Last night (10th September [redacted]), I encountered the free trial prompt once again. Assuming it was a promotional offer from LinkedIn, I clicked to check my eligibility but instead got charged for the monthly subscription fee of (Insert amount).
Although I appreciate the benefits of the premium features, I currently do not require them. I would like to unsubscribe and kindly request that the subscription charges be waived off, considering this was unintentional and I am notifying you promptly.
I sincerely hope for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need more information.
Thank you.

I signed up for a free trial of 'Premium' for 1 month with the understanding that I would receive a reminder before the trial ended. However, I was charged approximately £[redacted] without any chance to cancel. This is deceptive and unethical. I have canceled my subscription, but it will only end in a year. I only used the service once during the trial. I demand a refund, or I will have to explore legal options and share my experience on social media to see if others have faced similar issues and can help me.

I inadvertently lost the profile I created yesterday while navigating to another section of the site. After attempting to rewrite it and hitting "save," I found myself unable to access the text box again. I am encountering issues when trying to close and reopen my account to start afresh. Despite multiple attempts, the final "close" button on the last screen is inactive. This is frustrating as I have a pressing deadline and need to resolve this promptly.
