I was charged over $*** for a premium account after missing the time period by * days to cancel a free trial. I did not see the notice as it was at the bottom of an email and am horrified by the amount that I was charged. Even if I had missed it, I did not think I would be charged more than $*** for any of the options. I would like a fill refund for this mistake as I cannot financially afford this mistake and charge.
