If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hello. My acct was hacked back in June and my situation is STILL NOT RESOLVED. My name is Denise Fairley I joined LinkedIn back in ****. I have over **** contacts. The acct that is on the site now is a new acct that was created when I tried to change the password on my OLD acct. I got an email saying that a new email had been added to my acct which I DID NOT DO. So I was hacked. I have no $ to fax anything to you. I can't scan anything. My ORIGINAL acct is locked. Can someone call me and ask me questions or SOMETHING so I can get back to the business of looking for work. I am in LIMBO right now. I use LinkedIn every day. I am out of work. I REALLY need someone to do me a favor here. My cell* is *** *** ****. The only reason I have cell service is out of the kindness of a friend. Please unlock the OLD acct and take down the new one created in June or July. PLEASE.I don't know what else to do. Thank you. Denise Fairley
