Hi,**I signed up in July for your 'free trial' job postings service under the 'premium' option. Unfortunately, I was not receiving the type of job applicants that could help me. As a result, I tried to Cancel the job posting service and the premium option a few days before LinkedIn billed me for it. At the time I followed all of the instructions as laid out by LinkedIn:*To cancel your Premium subscription:**.*Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.**.*Select Premium subscription settings from the dropdown.**.*Under Account type on the left, click Cancel subscription.**.*Choose a cancellation reason and click Continue.**.*Click Cancel my subscription.**For some reason, the Cancel subscription option was not available and is still not available as of the writing of this e-mail. As well, I was expecting a reminder as does happen with most 'trial options' as a rule, but never did receive one for this service. **It would be very much appreciated if you could refund the amount for Order ID: **********and and please close the job posting*premium service on my account.**It would also be appreciated if you could confirm this cancellation & refund with me at your earliest convenience either via e-mail: *****@***.com or phone ***-***-****.**Thank You,**Ray Litvak - Writing Web Words Inc
