The issue in GetHuman-nlyantsc's own words
On What Device?: Windows Laptop*Desktop **Your Question: I want to remove three Linkedin profiles. I have tried every email address i have had to sign in to them, but none of them recognise my email address or mobile phone number. It's important that these profiles are removed as the information they contain is outdated and incorrect and are affecting my professional role. One profile I did not even create, it says my location is the US, yet I reside in Australia.*I would appreciate if these links and profiles could be removed promptly,*Thank you,*Natasha**https:**www.linkedin.com*in*natasha-yantsch-**b...*https:**www.linkedin.com*in*natasha-yantsch-a*b...*https:**www.linkedin.com*in*natasha-yantsch-a*b...*You asked this question * day ago***Brilla contacted me but did not help me resolve the problem- see below-***I’m Brilla! No matter what email address I type in -which includes email addresses I've had for the last six years, it is not recognized, nor is my mobile phone number. Because neither is recognised -despite having the same mobile number for at least five years, I don't get a prompt to reset my password.*YOU*You*sometimes I get directed to the 'security check' page and I have to click on road signs or buses in the picture that appears, but once I have competed that i get a message to say that 'We couldn't find a Linkedin account associated with ...my mobile or email address that I have entered.**BRILLA *LINKEDIN * *** ANSWERS * ***% HELPFUL**I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do have another option in order for the account to be removed however, this will take weeks before this can be removed. You can flag the duplicate profile by following the steps below: **Click the More icon on the member's profile. *Click Report*Block. *Select Report this profile in the What do you want to do? pop-up window. *Select the applicable reason for flagging the profile in the Tell us a little more pop-up window. *Click Submit to proceed or Back to review your options. **NOTE: You can select the reason of "I think this profile violates Terms of Use" since any member must not have more than * account. **I hope this is helpful.**Regards,**Brilla E.*YOU*You*Brilla, i did do this already, that's how I was able to contact you by reporting my profiles, I have tried every other way to contact someone from Linkedin over the past year. You're the first person who has replied to me.*YOU*You*What action is take once I have selected 'I think this profile violates terms of Use'?**BRILLA *LINKEDIN * *** ANSWERS * ***% HELPFUL**Hi Natasha,**If none of this works, let me escalate the issue to internal team to check from the back end.**Have a nice day!*YOU*You*Hi Brilla, what action should i expect to be taken after i have selected 'I think this profile violates terms of Use'? Are my profiles removed? Am I contacted? what time frame does this happen in???*YOU*You*What action is take once I have selected 'I think this profile violates terms of Use'?? I cannot give you the exact time frame on this. **Regards,**Brilla E.*YOU*You*Thank you Brilla, I understand you can't give me an exact time frame, but can you tell me if it's likely the profiles will be removed in less than * months? * months? a year?
