Dear Linkedin Customer Service,**I am writing after being told that I would receive a call back from a*member of your team, which I have not received.**Quick Summary of my Issue:**I was signed up for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, per the request to learn*about the service for part of my university course at the University of San*Francisco.**I tried to cancel the service the day that my class was completed. During*the cancelation process your site froze.**I contacted your sales team the next day over the phone, as I was moving I*had no access to internet for the next few weeks, I was told on the phone*that it would probably have been cancelled.**In found out that LinkedIn has now charged me the full subscription*package.**I cancelled the service as soon as I was able to connect back to the*internet. And I would like to start the process of getting a refund due to*being signed up to a service I believed that I was already removed from.**I would appreciate your prompt response, as a current university student*Linkedin has now left me with no matters in which to pay for food for the*foreseeable future.**Many Thanks,**Jonathan Brannan
