Tell them my problem and they kept asking for my email problem. ... Regular free Linkedin account under *****@***.com. Requested Linkedin delete this account a week or so ago. *I want to reinstate the account with a new profile. Same name, email address, but updated information. Please tell me how. *Thank you.
It didn't seem to me to be an email problem. I thought it was a problem of setting up a new account under an old name and email address.
Check out my Linkedin account (*****@***.com). If it's deleted and gone, fine. Let me know. I'd like to recreate the account with the same name, but a new profile. If it isn't gone, and you want not to delete it, let me know how to update the information.
I've been with Linkedin for years, although not a frequent user. I want to be accessible now. I have a new website and a book proposal. I'd like to be on board with Linkedin. I want to be a good customer.
