Add individuals at a company that I have a personal connection to, but don't know the employees directly. After reading the "best practices", I now see that this is against the rules. ... Hello,**My name is Gabrielle Laub and my LinkedIn profile URL is https:**www.linkedin.com*in*gabriellelaub*.**I'm reaching out because I am no longer able to add people unless I have their email readily available. I recently added quite a few individuals at a company in Los Angeles that I had a personal connection to. I have a feeling that this is what caused my profile to seem "suspicious" as I have not had any issues recently with invitations being declined to be sent out. I only add people about twice a month and I make sure they are at least second connections and within my network.**I have done my best to follow the "invitation best practices" until adding individuals from that specific company. I understand that this is what caused my account to be flagged, and in no way would I let it happen again.**I am the current limitation that is on my account be lifted. As I'm sure you're aware, I, and many other professionals, use LinkedIn to meet other professionals, grow my network, and stay connected with them for years to follow.**LinkedIn has become an incredibly important aspect of my professional life, and it would be devastating to be unable to utilize it's features.**I understand where I have made mistakes, and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience or irritations I have caused. I hope that LinkedIn will show mercy, as I in no way have harmful intentions. I truly appreciate and value LinkedIn as a useful tool in my business.**Thank you for your consideration,*Gabrielle Laub
This is ***% my fault.
I am asking that my limit for invitations be lifted. I am aware of how I have made mistakes, and I would never repeat the mistake that I made. I thought that since I had a personal connection with the company, that it would be an okay practice.
I've been utilizing LinkedIn for * years now, and it has become a huge part of my professional business. I am a comprehensive financial advisor, and my goal is to educate individuals on personal financial planning, so that they have the empowerment to become financially independent. I am very passionate about helping people, and LinkedIn has been incredibly advantageous in helping me reach this goal.
I have removed invitations that I believed would cause people to hit the "I don't know them" button.
