I have no access to my previous e-mail address as I have left the company. I have also forgotten my password and cannot reset it. The e-mail address I have used is *****@***.com. I have set up a new account and would like to merge the two. I have submitted my ID documents, but to this date I cannot resolve the issue. Please assist.
