I am a linkedin user that has recently discovered that I have been charged for premium features for * months without knowledge. I don’t even remember providing details for this service but presume it was a continuation of a free trail. I would like a refund for these paid months of premium as I have not used any of the features provided, as you can see when looking at my account activity. I was not notified that the website had begun charging me and received no contact telling me that I was a premium user. This is unacceptable and appears to be a clear con to trick people in to continue paying for a service they have no idea they are paying for. As a student, I simply can’t afford to lose the money spent on these services, especially as I didn’t use them once and so I’m requesting a full refund.
